| just a little comment of mine...
the "problem" with being a writer is that nearly everything reminds you of/gives you an idea for your story. like seriously, I'll be listening to the Narnia soundtrack and unless I TRY to do otherwise, instead of seeing Narnian villains approaching the battle, I see the villains of my story. Does that make sense? Or when I was reading the Great Gastby for Am. Lit. class, I just saw a word that had the funky ae combined letter in it - and that reminded me of the name of a place that had "ae" in the name (of course from my story) and then I started thinking about all that happened there and...
yeah... you get the idea. so much for a "little comment". I must be really tired or something.
VIVA GYMN!!! yeah, Kyrstin knows what I'm talking about... oh my goodness, I need more sleep. and it's obvious.
one more thing - GO MUSTANGS!!! if you were at the games on Friday night, you know what I'm talkin about.
I sound so secretive. scary. not trying to be, really. anyway... zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz....
| Hey guys, short, sweet, and to the point, here's what I've got to say:
God rocks the world!
It's like, wow, how do you totally describe a God-experience on your xanga? Well, basically, we played Trinity on Thursday. Very good team. We were 8-0 coming into the game, though. At half time we were down by two or something. With six minutes left in the game, we were down by six. Basically during the last half of the last half (does that make sense?) I was praying in tongues, pretty much very nervous, but I just knew in my heart we were going to win. It's like God was telling me "hey, trust me. pray, and watch my promise become reality" or something like that. Towards the end of the game, with 8 seconds left, we're down by two, and we get the ball out of bounds on our side of the cout. By some miracle of God, we get the ball to Jenna and she sinks it. In overtime, we won by three, final score 43-40. But that's like the most I felt God in a long time. He was there. He was with us. I could hear Him. I prayed hard and trusted him. It was amazing. And we're 9-0 only because of Him. He gave us that game. Really, He's given us every game. So if any of you hear how the Lady Mustangs are doing good and are rated or anything, just remember the One who let us get this far, and remember it is God who has given us every single victory. We're His team. Our victories are His victories. And boy, is this season going to be amazing. In fact, it really already is.
So, love ya'll. See ya tomorrow if you go to MCA. Hugs and chocolate to ya'll.
